It is also known as Nymphoides sp. “Flipper” and “Flipper-Lotos” inscribed. While other Nymphoides species soon develop floating leaves, N. sp. ‘Taiwan’ is characterized by the fact that it constantly puts out underwater leaves. These are intense light green and somewhat transparent. A height and width of 25 cm is quickly reached. The plant grows so fast that regular leaf thinning is required. The oldest and longest-stemmed leaves are removed. The plant propagates by young plants that appear on the petiole just below the leaf blade. Simply separate the leaves with the stalk and let them drift.
